Client had lived in property for 25 years and wanted to downsize.  The property was extremely dated, had vibrant colours and the rear garden was a jungle!

We designed and installed the kitchen, we decorated throughout and staged the property.  We tiered the rear garden and created defined zones.  An outdoor patio and eating area for the family was created on level 1 and connected it with level 2 using a bridge we built.  We added laurels on the boundary to create privacy with the neighbour below.  We also created a cost effective driveway and landscaped the front garden.

Property sold.  We added 20% to the property valuation!
