Our London based client wanted to generate additional income from one of their spare bedrooms by letting it on Air BnB. They have not done this before so approached us, at short notice to source, supply furniture and accessories and stage so they could achieve bookings quickly and achieve a great rental yield.
We supplied a number of key furniture pieces and then installed and staged one evening. What was key was adding sufficient pieces to make the space feel welcoming yet functional. Once installation was complete, we took professional images to showcase the room and our client used these in their AirBnB launch.
Our client is delighted with the results, particularly that within hours of listing their room on AirBnB they had four bookings. Our client has confirmed since launch, they are now having regular bookings, so they are absolutely delighted with the results.
