The owner of this property came to us with the intention to stage and sell this wonderfully spacious 4 bed family town house. They had tried previously to sell the property empty after their tenant vacated, which came to no success- so they reached out for our help. Apon consultation, it was decided that some small repairs should be carried out to achieve maximum potential when selling. These included:
- Various decor touch ups throughout
- New silicone in the bathrooms
- 1 new floorboard due to dry rot
- Collection delivery and installation of American fridge freezer
We also staged the exterior of this property, which consisted of:
- Secured and stained a fence panel at the end of the garden
- Added potted plants and raised plant beds
- General garden maintenance, tidying up and trimming the rose bush back
Thankfully, our hard work paid off and the home sold in 2 weeks, during a very difficult financial time for the UK.
