Castle View, Windsor

Our client came to us with the intention to stage and sell this wonderfully spacious empty 5 bed family town house. They had tried previously to sell the property empty, which is located in Windsor, Berkshire after their tenant vacated, which came to no success- so they reached out for our help.

 

During the consultation, it was obvious that some repairs were needed.  These included:

- Various décor touch ups throughout

- New silicone in the bathrooms 

- 1 new floorboard due to dry rot

- Collection delivery and installation of American fridge freezer

- Secured and stained fence panel

Once we undertook the repairs, we staged this three floor Victorian home.  As there were sufficient bedrooms, we were able to create a yoga retreat in one of them.  We also brought their home office to life with lots of accessories and chairs.  The overall look we implemented was modern classic and the design was cohesive throughout.  As we know that the likely buyer would have or be wanting to have children, we created two children's bedrooms.  We also staged the exterior of this property, which consisted of:

 

- Adding potted plants and raised herb and plant beds

- General garden maintenance, tidying up and trimming the rose bush back

- Seating

Our hard work paid off and the home sold in 2 weeks, even though the housing market has been tougher during 2023.
