Our developer client was recommended to us. They had launched their incredible two bedroomed apartment for sale empty and had limited viewings. Buyer feedback had been that the apartment was small and felt like a one bedroom rather than two bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is compact at 3m x 2.44m and it also has a large pillar which restricts the layout. We recommended that our client embrace the pillar and in fact turn it into an asset by constructing shelving in it. The reason, is to create a floating set of shelves which can be used instead of a bedside table. Our client's reaction when they walked through the door after we'd staged said it all - they were delighted and now confident that their apartment would sell.
In addition to maximising the floorplan through careful selection and placement of furniture and accessories we also trasnformed the garden space by creating two distinct seating areas and also painted out an old manhole cover as it was old and did not match the high end finish throughout.
Once we were finished, we took professional photos to showcase our work.
The apartment was relaunched for sale and the number of viewings increased dramatically and within 7 days, this incredible apartment in Richmond is now under offer.
