We met for a consultation.  This is a detailed assessment of a client's property both inside and out.  Given the size of this home, the consultation took just over 2 hours and at the end of that we shared our initial findings and advised that we would provide our detailed recommendations quickly.  There were some minor repairs required eg. re-siliconing some of the bathroom seals, which the client implemented themselves.  We were then ready to start staging.  We fully staged the home, inside and out and it was launched for sale.  There was a lot of interest (over 14 viewings) and an offer was made, which our client accepted.
