Our client’s property is located near the Thames in Richmond.  Our client is a developer and completely refurbished this one bedroom apartment.  He had tried to sell it empty with no success.   One of the challenges we had with this project, was access.  This apartment is part of a Victorian property and is on the third floor, with no lift.  Internal access was also narrow in some of the common areas.  However we were up for the challenge.

Our client asked for our help with staging.  After 2 days, we had created an inviting one bedroom home.  The home sold within 14 days!
