Our client had lived in this home before renting it out long term. During that time, our client tried to sell their home with no success. Once the tenant had vacated, they realised that the property was an empty shell and therefore did not present at its best.
They reached out for our help although did not have budget for a full staging solution. Given their property was split over three floors, we recommended that they focus on the ground and first floor. We also recommended some minor repairs, removing the oversized chandelier in the primary bedroom and replacing it with a size appropriate pendant. We then staged this home over two floors. We virtually staged the upper floor bedrooms.
This home sold on first viewing for the full asking price!

Very much worth the money - asking price offer on the first day!
We had been struggling to sell our 4 bed character property outside Henley upon Thames for over a year with no offers. The estate agent suggested staging the now empty house - and we are really glad we found Ceri. She has a real appreciation for what buyers see that owners often don't and put us together a personalised action plan for making the house its very best self.
Over the course of a few days she spruced up the garden, installed furniture, lights and wall hangings, and even brought in more light with well placed mirrors.
The finished product was show home pristine and is well beyond anything we would have achieved ourselves. However the real benefit was with the buyers - who were the first people to see the house staged and put in an asking price offer in before the house was even back on Rightmove.
Having the house professionally staged was well worth the money, and looking back at all the time we'd spent trying to sell it previously, I wish we had done it sooner and saved ourselves the time.
