Our client had lived in this two bedroom Victorian property for 10+ years. They had recently undergone a significant refurbishment and turned the apartment into a contemporary London abode. They were looking to maximise their resale value and as their furniture pieces were large and did not match the new contemporary design, sought to start from scratch and use our staging services.
We staged the property internally and externally in a modern design as we knew the target market was likely to be young professionals. There were a number of viewings on a Saturday and the property was sold on the Monday! It sold for £55,000 over ask. What a result!

"I recently have had the pleasure of working with Ceri and her team, staging my 2 bedroom Maisonette in South West London. We had just undergone an extensive renovation programme with a view to quickly selling our home and moving to our forever home. The renovation was very modern and our existing furniture wouldn't have shown the property to its best advantage.
I had had staging mentioned to me by the estate agents and also an American friend, where the practice is quite standard, but I was a little nervous about the whole process.
From the moment I spoke with Ceri, I knew I was in expert hands. We had a very tight time frame turnaround and, but this didn't phase her at all (neither did our constant changes!).
One of my key considerations, was that we were keen to live back in our property, but thought that that would be impossible with staged furniture. However, Ceri was very happy for us to move home.
Our flat went on the market on Wednesday, we had viewings on the Saturday and sold on the Monday so we couldn't be happier.
