On this project, our client converted a 3 floor commercial office into 29 apartments, a mix of one and two bedroom units.  We were tasked with staging a luxury show home for this new development in South East London.

 

We designed and installed bespoke window dressings and staged the 2 bed apartment ready to showcase the lifestyle on offer Once the staging was complete, we took professional photographs and even a 360 virtual tour and shared this with our client and their agent to use in their marketing collateral.

Since the show apartment was launched, the majority of the units have been sold.
