We design a bespoke solution suited to your property and your target buyers!   We provide as much or as little help as you need.  This may also include décor work, gardening, window dressings and even Christmas trees!

If you are a homeowner, we will advise you if repairs, cleaning and sorting is required.  If you are a business, we deliver what we agree so you can focus on running your business.

Whatever is needed, we will bring in our team to work quickly and efficiently.

Our staging includes sorting, space planning, supply and installation of our high quality furniture and accessories, removal of all packaging, styling and staging followed by our complimentary professional photography.  Once our inventory is installed, we will rent this to you for an agreed timeline.  When the rental comes to an end or if you sell and complete in the meantime, we will pack and remove our inventory.  We will also sell on, one or more pieces.
