Our client had lived in their home for a number of years and wanted to upsize. Our client had young children.
A number of repairs were required throughout including addressing cracks in ceilings and walls, lightening up the décor in the key living spaces downstairs, sourcing and installing new blinds in a number of rooms, repairing a number of broken patio slabs, general repairs externally and redefining a number of rooms. The key carpet areas were deep cleaned as well as more general clean of the property was undertaken. We also sorted through the clients possessions in the utility space and also in their outdoors rooms.
