Hello! Although the weather for April hasn't been what we'd all hoped, we have some great updates to brighten your day!
April saw some interiors/exteriors work in a soon to be complete Air BnB in Wales, a repaired and staged family home, now for sale in Clifton, some virtual kitchen design and an exciting exclusive event that we can't wait to tell you about! There are also other projects which we've been working on - more on these in a future blog.
Staging in Clifton
This month we had the pleasure of staging a stunning 4 bedroom barn conversion in the quaint village of Clifton.
The property owners were open to our repair recommendations around the home and some maintenance on their immediate garden (they even have a fabulous orchard!). These small, but important jobs, really help and result in these stunning staged home. The images to this project as well as our detailed case study will be shown over the coming months on our socials, but here is a taster to keep you going until then!
Airbnb
We've been working for some time with one of our clients who has completely and we mean completely refurbished an unloved property into a desirable Airbnb home. We've helped on colour, flooring and kitchen choices and helped redesign an awkward bathroom into an oasis! We also helped externally.

Virtual Kitchen Design
To help our clients envisage the potential of their new space, we often design it virtually. This means the client can:
see how the potential of the space
make changes digitally
All without the cost and hassle of doing this physically.
Virtual staging can work in many different rooms. Here we've shown the possibility of a car port being converted into a luxury open plan kitchen/dining/living space.
We are currently finalising a garage conversion into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. Keep up to date with our blogs and see more on this next month!
COAT X Arlo & Jacob
We had the pleasure of being invited along to a fabulous evening at the Arlo & Jacob Showroom in Marlow. The Arlo & Jacob team were joined by COAT paints. We had a colourful evening of conversation and design inspiration! We discussed colour pairing and how best to combine paint and fabric for a high end finish.
The Arlo & Jacob products, which consist of sofas (of all shapes, sizes and designs), accent chairs, coffee tables, rugs, cushions and so on, are excellent quality. One of our favourite sofas (and there are many) is Leon.
Coat came along with their samples - their eco credentials are amazing - take a look for yourselves:

We were welcomed with open arms, a glass of prosecco and a fabulous buffet (truly needed after we'd been on the go all day long).
Arlo & Jacob's showroom is light, bright and airy with lots of their sofas on display. They very much encourage testing - you must visit! Afterwards we got to know the people behind the brands and have a play around with some fabulous paint and fabric samples. A brilliant evening which left us feeling excited and refreshed for our upcoming projects!
Coming this May
Yet another staging and repairs project is well under way. This time a 5 bedroom family home in Harrow. This home will be ready for sale next month too.
