This Berkshire property had been a family home before being rented out to a long term client. The client tried to sell the property for two years when it was tenanted, however it did not sell. Our client reached out to us for help as they were keen to release the equity to buy their dream home.

The property was maintained and a great canvas to work from particularly as it was well decorated and empty. We staged the ground and first floor of the property to meet the clients budget needs.
At the initial telephone conversation with the client we arranged a home consultation. As the client was living many miles away, we collected the keys for the property and undertook the consultation without them. We returned the keys at the end of the consultation.
Although the property was well maintained on the whole, the kitchen needed replacing. There was also a very large chandelier in the master bedroom which was dominating the room.
Following this visit, we called our client with our initial findings. We discussed the condition of the kitchen - the client did not want to replace. We set out their plan of action in our detailed home staging consultation report. We followed this up with a call, answering all the questions they had. The client gave their go ahead.

Very much worth the money - asking price offer on the first day!
We had been struggling to sell our 4 bed character property outside Henley upon Thames for over a year with no offers. The estate agent suggested staging the now empty house - and we are really glad we found Ceri. She has a real appreciation for what buyers see that owners often dont and put us together a personalised action plan for making the house its very best self.
