Since the housing market re-opened on 13th May 2020, buyer activity has steadily increased. #TwentyEA report that that they have seen 3 continuous weeks of growth for both new instructions (increasing from 10,000 to approximately 24,000) and sales agreed (increasing from 5,000 to approximately 16,000). This is equivalent to around 73% of the 2019 level of activity.
