Our developer client had tried, unsuccessfully, to sell this refurbished property. They even reduced the sale price. The buyers had complained that the property was too small, so there was price reduction. This still did not generate any interest. The devolpers reached out for our help, and we came across a number of challenges:
-The property was located in front of a small industrial unit
-Access to this unit was immediately at the front of the property
-The property narrowed from the front to the rear, making multiple angles in each room
We staged the property inside and out, and it sold in 9 days.
