Virtual staging is becoming increasingly popular to attract potential tenants. Our client had refurbished this property, in Berkshire, although felt an empty property would not be attractive when advertising it online for rental. Our client did not want the expenditure associated with physical staging the property given that this was going to be an unfurnished long term rental.

Our client asked for our help and we virtually staged 3 key rooms:

- Living dining area

- Primary bedroom

- Sun room

Virtual staging allows potential tenants to picture themselves in the spaces.

After virtually staging, the property let on the first viewing, and the monthly rental was increased by 14%.
