Our client for this project was the home owners Estate Agent. They contacted us after a sale for the home fell through. The images used in the client's listing on the property portals had been taken on a cold, miserable day. The agent wanted these refreshed to show the incredible potential on offer in their client's garden, given this is such a key selling feature.
We used the images already taken by the Estate Agent and virtually transformed the outdoor spaces to show a sunnier perspective. This included:
- improving quality of the grass
- brightening the sky
- removing the rain/sleet on the roof
We've given this garden a new lease of life! It's unbelievable the big difference these small changes make. The result is that enquiries for viewings increased and the property has now had multiple offers!
Review
Following a sale fall through, we needed to present the property to the market to source a new buyer. Previous photos of the garden show wintery scenes and as this is a key selling feature, I wanted to showcase a summery scene.
The virtual transformation is incredible and my client’s home has received multiple offers already, with further interest coming in.
