We recommended the following repairs to the home owner:
- Remove TV wiring and trunking in kitchen
- Silicone key areas in bathrooms
Once this was complete, we staged key rooms to give the areas purpose and to show buyers the true potential of the property. This included the living spaces, 2 bedrooms, and staged 1 bedroom as a playroom on a complimentary basis.
