We speak regularly with our investor clients. Their priority, rightly so, is to provide high quality and cost effective accommodation whilst maximising their yield.

One client we worked for had a long term rental which had become very tired and was lacking the modern conveniences tenants require. Our client found us through google and asked whether we could help renovate their property. We jumped at the chance given our 20 year history in successfully renovating and developing properties. We knew we could add real value and do so cost effectively without compromising on style.

So how do we add value?

On this client project, we developed an action plan addressing all material areas, this included:

  1. addressing damp in a number of walls (both inside and out)

  2. installing new windows and doors

  3. designing, supplying and installing a new kitchen

  4. designing, supplying and installing a new bathroom

  5. installing new boiler and central heating system

  6. new décor throughout

  7. new flooring throughout

  8. garden tidy up (front and back), including laying new turf and painting boundary wall

  9. new roof

  10. replacing the dated sockets, switches and pendants with modern alternatives including USB's in a number of the sockets

We also built an understair cupboard as a surprise for our client!
