The property had undergone a significant redesign into a modern apartment offering high end finishes both inside and out. Our client wanted the interiors to match that modern finish.
Following an initial telephone conversation with the client, we followed this with a home staging consultation. At that point, the property was under heavy construction. At the end of the consultation, we shared our initial findings and discussed a modern design brief. Following the visit, our client gave us the go ahead to start.
Plan of Action
This property was essentially a new build so we had a blank canvas to stage both the interiors and exteriors. A priority was to create a modern feel which allowed home working and the possibility of entertaining both indoors and out.
We embraced the modern transformation and staged the property throughout in a minimalist, yet luxe finish.
The apartment went on the market on a Wednesday, there were viewings on the Saturday and the property sold on the Monday.

I recently have had the pleasure of working with Ceri and her team, staging my 2 bedroom Maisonette in South West London.
We had just undergone an extensive renovation programme with a view to quickly selling our home and moving to our forever home.
The renovation was very modern and our existing furniture wouldn't have shown the property to its best advantage.
