Our investor client had secured this three bedroom property which they upgraded and intended to let. To help with securing a tenant, they wanted to virtually stage the key rooms.

Brief
The client wanted to attract as many tenants and do so as quickly as possible. They were also very interested in keeping the carbon footprint to a minimum so sought our help in virtual staging key rooms.
Plan of Action
Our client sent us their images and we recommended focusing on the following rooms - open plan living/dining area, sun room and master bedroom. Our client wanted to virtually stage in a scandi type design.
We turned around this project very quickly, in less than 1 week.
Results
The property has been virtually transformed into a bright and airy scandi inspired family home.
The property let on the first viewing and the rental was increased by 14%!
