It's been a very busy few months for us. We are working on many different types of projects - refurbishments, stage to sell, stage to rent, interiors and landscaping!

Here's an update of what we have been up to.

Client Projects

We have lots of case studies from the projects we work on. These describe each project, show before and after images, time frames, the value added to the project and our client testimonial. Our 5* client feedback is what makes what we do so rewarding.

Here are just two examples of incredible projects we've worked on.

Furze House

Here we are getting a property ready to sell.

This project took 3.5 weeks to carry out essential repairs, gardening and staging. Once we had finished and the property was put on the market, it was sold In less than 1 week and sold for £100k above the original valuation!

Grove House

Here we are turning a 3 bedroomed family home into an investment property.

With some much needed TLC, this home received a new bathroom, décor throughout, new flooring, blinds, virtual staging and much more. After just 4 weeks of improvements, the property was let for an additional 30% higher rental yield than originally anticipated. And that was even before the planned open house!

Magazine Feature

We would like to thank The Home Staging Association UK and Ireland for featuring us in their 2nd issue of our industry leading magazine. One of our client projects were featured. This was for a stunning property that needed our magic. It was cold and clinical when we arrived. Once we had finished and the property was launched for sale, it went under offer in 4 days for £176k over the asking price! We have a delighted client. Behind the Scenes on Two Current Projects

We are very busy here at sort style and stage HQ! Here is a snapshot of two of our current projects. They are a prime example in showing the diversity of what we do.

4 Bed Refurbishment and Staging

This project is a complete refurbishment of a 4 bedroom property in Berkshire. Once we've finished the refurb, we will stage this property for sale.

Here we are at various stages of the project.

3 Bedroom Repairs and Virtual Staging

This property had been a long term rental and the owner is looking to sell.

The property was in need of some TLC inside and out. We tidied up the gardens, carried out essential repairs and then virtually staged key rooms. The property is now for sale and the evidence shared by the estate agent demonstrates the high volumes of clicks it is receiving from potential buyers - just what we like to see!
