The answer quite simply, is that staging works on all properties, no matter their size, location or value, including lived in homes. Richmond Place - 1 Bed Apartment, Sold £425,000, 3 Days

Richmond Place is a 1 bed apartment that had great bones but was in need of some updating, located in Twickenham.

Our client wanted to add value. They were also considering a loft extension to try to maximise the value of the apartment even more. They followed our advice to scale back on some of their plans and adopte a number of our recommendations. Once they'd finished, we staged this incredible apartment. The apartment sold in 3 days.

Lennox View, 2 Bed Apartment, Sold 6 Days, £1.225m

Lennox View is part of a high end residential apartment complex facing the Thames in Twickeham. It was very well maintained and our client had vacated and was relocating abroad so wanted to sell. We staged the apartment and it was sold in days.

Knapp Close, 3 Bed Townhouse Show Home, Sold £580k

We work with numerous developers, and this time round, our developer client, created a small estate in Knaphill. We were called in to design and supply the window dressings and then stage one of the three bedroom townhouses.

Marstone View, 5 Bed Detached, Sold £795k, 7 Days

This is a large, 5 bedroom, detached home, located in a village called Upper Shelton. This sold for £795k.

Marstone View was a home in need of sorting, repairs and staging. The family had lived in the home for 14 years, including bringing up their two young children. They had outgrown it and were ready to move into a larger, family home.

Our transformation took a week - we worked around our clients, who continued to live and work from their home, while we did repairs and then once they were done we were able to start the sorting and staging. Once we'd done our magic, the home was launched for sale and sold in 7 days!

Oak Barn, 8 Bed Detached, Sold, £3.5m, 7 days

This was an incredible, very large, barn conversion, although dated. The property is vast so we suggested a combination of physical and virtual staging to show buyers the potential that this property offers.  We also recommended that the client replace the lighting, curtains and carpet in the drawing room (which they did). Having sat on the market for nearly two years, we were determined to help our clients realise a sale. We focused our efforts on the enormous drawing room, which we fully staged. We then also virtually renovated their even larger car port into an incredible open plan kitchen, living and dining experience.

After we did our magic, the property sold for £3.5m within a week.
